By teaming up with your architect and contractor, I ensure that “our” collaborative design vision is delivered on every aspect of the project.  This means that changes are incorporated timely and do not delay construction or result in budget increases.  All interdependencies are managed efficiently.

Introduction

Arrange an initial meeting to assess your needs, establish project priorities, define your personal style and outline the timeframe and budget.

Design & Ideation

Review your architectural drawing incorporating my technical experience of the construction process combined with my eye for design to provide you with fine tuned recommendations for timeless, cohesive design solutions that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your new home.

Project Management Plan

Produce a project plan that considers the contractor’s overall timeline and details the finishes and related installation decisions required every step of the way. As a critical part of any design project, the timing of the selection of plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, countertops, millwork, paint colors as well as the electrical plan, kitchen design, stair design and custom carpentry design for wood paneling, mantles, built-ins and vanities will each be detailed in the project plan with careful consideration of all of the interdependencies.
